I want a teacup chihuahua and my parent approve. The only thing is that i want it for free of charge. I would really like and care for the puppy and am also ready to choose it up. [but i can only travel to southern cali]- where i dwell. If you have a teacup chihuahua i would loove to have him/her and promise to take wonderful care of it! So PLEASE respond if you have a teacup for cost-free.
